Join us for an afternoon of music with Michel Gentile, flute, alto flute, bass flute, and piccolo player.

Michel Gentile’s “rich, deep tone is a rare achievement amongst flutists.” His “mastery of the flute” makes him “amongst the best flutists” of the New York jazz scene. 440 Gallery is showing their Small Works Show and Michel will pick from the exhibit to inspire the improvisations.

Started in 2015, is an innovative concert series of solo improvisers at 440 Gallery in Brooklyn. Each month a different musician performs solo surrounded by a new art installation in the gallery. The series has brought the visual art and music communities together.
